Skyline Penthouse Suites
Our top-floor suites are for people who are done with ordinary hotel rooms. Two levels, your own heated plunge pool, a butler who actually remembers how you take your coffee, and glass walls that turn the whole of Melbourne into the backdrop of your living room.
What's waiting inside
Every suite is set up before you land, and we mean everything, right down to the temperature and the bottle already on ice.
Two floors of quiet luxury, forty metres above Church Street
Claimradar's penthouses occupy floors fourteen to sixteen and were built around one simple idea, which is to give people room to breathe. You walk in downstairs to a double-height lounge with a full bar, a dining table for eight and a kitchen your private chef will happily take over. Upstairs sits the master suite, a marble bathroom with a freestanding tub, and a terrace with a heated pool set into the deck. The windows run the full width of both levels, so the skyline follows you whether you're working, eating or lying in bed. Housekeeping visits twice a day, the minibar is stocked to your preferences before arrival, and if you need a boardroom at six in the morning we'll turn the dining table into one.

Mornings here start with the river and end with the city lights
Step onto the terrace at half past six and Melbourne is still waking up. Trams crawl along Bridge Road, the Yarra catches the first light, and the Dandenongs sit faint on the horizon. By night that same view turns into a wall of colour, and the pool stays warm enough to sit in while it does. Most guests spend the first hour just standing there with a coffee. We get it, which is exactly why these rooms sit on the top three floors and nowhere else.
Warm timber, wool rugs and stone surfaces chosen to age well rather than photograph well. Every piece of furniture was made within 200 kilometres of the building.
One person is assigned to your suite for the entire stay. They note how you take your eggs, when you like the room cleaned and which side of the bed you sleep on.
Lighting, blinds and climate run from a single panel by the door. No apps to download, no accounts to create, no blinking router in the corner of the lounge.

Six steps from first message to your key
No call centres and no scripts. A reservations host handles your booking from the moment you get in touch until the car drops you home.
Send the dates
Tell us when you're coming and how many of you there are. We reply with live availability inside four working hours, including nights that never show up on the booking sites.
Lock it in
A thirty percent deposit holds the penthouse. The balance falls due fourteen days before arrival, and you get a proper tax invoice rather than a screenshot of a payment page.
The pre-arrival call
Your butler rings a week out to run through the small stuff. Pillows, allergies, whether the bar should hold gin or whisky, and what time the car should be at the terminal.
Arrival
Skip the front desk entirely. The car brings you to the residential entrance on Church Street, someone takes the bags, and the champagne is already open by the time you walk through the door.
While you're here
Everything runs through one phone number. Restaurant bookings, theatre tickets, a haircut at eleven at night, it all goes to the same person who already knows your name and your floor.
Leaving
Checkout happens when you say it does. Leave the keys on the counter, keep the robes if you fancy them, and the receipt will be in your inbox before your plane lands.
A closer look at the top three floors
Nine penthouses, each laid out slightly differently. These are the rooms guests ask about most often before they book.

Questions guests ask before booking
If yours isn't here, ring the reservations line. You'll get a person, not a menu.
Tell us your dates and we'll handle the rest
Fill this in and someone from the reservations team gets back to you within four working hours, usually sooner. Real people, real answers, no scripts and no call queue.
