Payment
How payment works
Penthouse bookings require a thirty percent deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due fourteen days before arrival. Standard rooms are paid in full at checkout. All rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
A valid credit card is required at check-in and may be pre-authorised for incidentals. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Bank transfers are arranged for buyouts and corporate accounts.
We do not extend credit for gaming. Table stakes in the Emerald Room are settled with your host before you leave the room.
Cancellation
If plans change
- Standard rooms cancelled more than seventy-two hours before arrival are refunded in full.
- Standard rooms cancelled inside seventy-two hours are charged for one night.
- Penthouse suites cancelled more than fourteen days before arrival are refunded less a $200 admin fee.
- Buyouts and skyboxes follow the schedule in the signed contract, which is agreed with you in advance.

No. The figures on this page are the figures we charge, whatever the calendar says. We would rather run a flat, honest rate than pretend a Tuesday in February is worth more than it is.
Yes, for two guests in a penthouse and one guest in a standard room. You can take it in the suite, on the terrace in good weather, or in the salon. There is no supplement and no booking requirement.
Additional guests beyond the stated capacity, extra chauffeur hours, in-suite spa treatments, wine pairings and any salon table stakes. Everything else is in the number you see, including transfers and service.
The pass covers entry, food, bar and your host. Table stakes sit outside that and are agreed with your host before play. If you would rather not set a limit, that is fine, we will suggest a sensible starting point and you can adjust it.
Yes, with a signed account and monthly invoicing. Typical corporate bookings run six to eight nights a month, and we annualise the discount rather than promising a headline figure we cannot hold to.
They are lower, because we do not pay commission on a direct booking and we pass that saving on. If you find a cheaper confirmed rate elsewhere, tell us and we will match it.
