Our Australian Business Number and related registration details are available on request and appear on every tax invoice we issue. If you need them for accounting or compliance purposes, ask your reservations host and they will send the correct documentation the same day.
Licensing and regulatory framework
Claimradar holds the licences required to operate accommodation and hospitality premises in Victoria. Where gaming facilities are provided in the Emerald Room, they operate under the applicable Victorian gaming legislation and are supervised by the relevant state regulator.
- Entry to the Emerald Room is restricted to guests aged eighteen and over.
- Photo identification is required and is checked at the door on every visit.
- We cooperate fully with the state self-exclusion register and act on every notice received.
- Voluntary pre-commitment limits and cool-off periods are available to all members at any time.
- Staff receive ongoing responsible gaming training and are authorised to intervene where harm is a concern.
Responsible gaming and guest wellbeing
Claimradar promotes a culture of responsible gaming. We do not extend credit for gaming, we do not allow intoxicated guests to play, and we do not permit anyone under eighteen to enter the salon under any circumstances. Guests who ask to stop are stopped immediately, without discussion and without exception.
